Middle Eastern dance, also known as belly dance, is a beautiful art form that expresses grace through the use of the entire body. Appropriate for all ages and genders, belly dance is not only great for learning some amazing new dance moves but also for building body confidence.
At Dance Life, we run 8-9 week sessions of beginning belly dance classes that are good for students with little to no dance experience. Our next round of Fundamentals of Belly Dance begins the week of July 3rd, though many students find they can start anywhere in the session.
This class is offered four times weekly, with the same material being covered in each class in one week:
Sundays at 10am
Mondays at 6pm
Wednesdays at 6pm
Saturdays at 9am
All classes are 1 hour long. Suitable for ages 8+
