Basic Practices & Policies -

Health & Safety:
Team members will survey location grounds thoroughly before campers show up to reduce the risk of potential injury and/or harm. A First Aid kit will be present on site every day, along with at least one CPR/AED Certified staff member. Shelters/tents will be used to ensure comfort and safety for all participants. Water will be available at all times. Please include any specific medical conditions/issues in the health overview filled out upon sign-up. We will connect with individual campers to handle unique situations accordingly.

*In the case of a medical emergency, we will contact parents/guardians and call 911 if necessary.
*If contacted, parents must be available to show up in a timely manner.

COVID-19:
In an effort to minimize further spread of COVID-19, we will be strictly adhering to all local and national guidelines as put forth by the federal, state, and city governments, CDC, and WHO.

- All campers will remain at least six feet apart throughout camp
- PPE (ie. hand sanitizer, disposable masks) will be available at the activity site for use, if needed → hand sanitizer will be distributed upon arrival and departure
- Masks will be worn at all times (aside from water breaks and other designated/needed intervals)

*Camp policies may change should COVID-19 guidelines shift
*Several members of our staff are fully vaccinated, but nonetheless masks will be worn throughout

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations may be made up to 30 days before camp week with a full refund.
