Taking Design into the Third Dimension

Provided by

Have you ever wondered how things are made? Who designs the objects you use every day and how do they get from an idea to a physical object?

In this 8 week program, we will learn the foundations of SolidWorks, an industry leading 3-D design software. You will learn to better understand the 2-D space and learn how to bring that into the 3-D space. Throughout the program, you will also be working on different projects where you have the chance to create your own designs and even bring some of those designs to life. Students will take weekly trips to local companies to see what a STEM career looks like and will be matched with a year-long mentor to work with even after the camp ends!

$2000/student ($250/week)
