High School Summer Science Workshops at Edgewood College

Provided by
Edgewood Office of Science Outreach

Edgewood College's High School Summer Science Workshops are designed to give students wanting to advance their science knowledge a week or two of experience in college laboratories exploring things not taught in a regular high school course, or enhancing what they have already learned.  These workshops are particularly useful to students planning to study science in college.  They are also useful for students considering a course of study in science but want to know more about what it is like to study science on a college campus, are interested in finding out what you can do with a degree in science, or are just curious about the life of a professional scientist.

Workshops are held in Edgewood College's state of the art Sonderegger Science Center in the college laboratories designed for advanced study.  Participants will work with the tools of the trade under the supervision of our professional faculty.

This year's offerings will be of particular interest to those with an interest in the healthcare fields.
