Elver Park Neighborhood Center Teen Program

Organization
Program Description

The Elver Park Neighborhood Center provides support to children and families in the greater Elver Park neighborhood. We support children through out-of-school time programming that focuses on academics, social-emotional learning, and health and wellness. We support families through being a bridge to schools and assisting families in accessing services in the community. Our working relationship with both Madison and Middleton schools is a vital piece of the work that we do. In all of our work with children, we focus on helping them to make graceful transitions.
Navigating the bridge between childhood and adulthood is challenging for most teens. The role of the Elver Park Neighborhood Center is to provide social support, homework help and guidance to teens that live in the Elver Park area as they travel that bridge.  At the center teens can participate in sports, academic time and other organized activities all led by caring adult role models.
