Program Description

Children's Afterschool Program
The Children's Afterschool Program provides free after school programming with enrichment and educational support to children age 7 to 11 from Monday to Friday during the academic year.  Programming hours during the academic school year are Monday's from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Tuesday's to Friday's from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.  Children receive a healthily snack, educational support, recreational activities and most importantly a safe place to learn and develop empowering relationships. 

This program also offers an 8 week summer camp Monday thru Friday from the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Staff and volunteers provide: tutoring, literacy programming, healthy snacks, swimming lessons, daily breakfast & lunch, enrichment clubs, weekly field trips and many opportunities to explore the outdoors.
