Program Description

Sprouts Nature School Programs include a variety of nature-based, experiential activities. The goal is child-centered, flexible and creative learning based on practical skill building, connection to nature and being in the present moment. For kids ages 4 to 12 years old.

We will forage, build fires, play games, build shelters, garden, play and do creative projects such as bird house building, making terrariums and nature journaling. There will also be a focus on exploration, hiking and nature-based art.

We will also cook outdoors, focusing on fresh and healthy options. Let us know if you have any dietary needs or preferences!

In the colder months we will combine outdoor time with libraries and other indoor field trips, especially on extra cold days.
