Program Description

PlayTime Productions creates community theatre by children, for children. Since 1979, its all-youth casts (ages 8-15) have enchanted audiences around Dane County with original theatrical versions of classic fairy tales and other stories like The Red Shoes, The Little Match Girl, Ali Baba, Cinderella. Founded by the late Teddy Studt,PlayTime Productions is dedicated to bringing “a little magic” into the lives of the 5,000 Dane County residents who attend PlayTime’s productions each year.

Our spring play runs from February - early May. Our fall production runs from September - December. Practices are held after-school at the Monona Public Library Forum Room.
