The West Madison Polar Caps is a non-profit youth hockey organization on Madison's west side. We are committed to bringing the game of hockey to our youth.
The Polar Caps offer a wide range of programs suited to the needs of each individual child. Our Coaches and Assistants closely monitor skill level and aptitude of each player to make sure the hockey experience is positive and rewarding.
Cost/Fees:
Skater fees vary depending on the program. Half-season Initiation classes are around $100. Full season recreational programs are $300-$500. Competitive teams are $800-$1000.
Financial Assistance:
The Polar Caps offer financial assistance to families in need through our SkateAssist program. SkateAssist program information and application materials can be found on our website at http://www.westmadisonpolarcaps.com/page/show/187475-club-documents
Registration for our programs takes place in late summer and fall, via the Polar Caps' website at the link shown.
ADA Accessible Locations:
Madison Ice Arena is being renovated in the Summer of 2016 to be ADA compliant.
