Madison Area Music Educators (MAME)

The purpose of MAME is to support music education by expanding opportunities for music students in the Madison area, by promoting high teaching standards, and by fostering growth and enrichment in the cultural and artistic life of our community.

The majority of our members are independent piano teachers but we are open to members of all instruments. MAME is a local association of the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) and Wisconsin Music Teachers Association (WMTA).

We offer a referral list on our website for students looking for music teachers, whether it be piano, string, guitar, vocal, or other instruments.
