             Shakespeare for Kids at
         Shorewood Hills Elementary

          Starting soon, but openings available for children who enjoy drama: 

When? May 2 to June 1, after school from 3:45 to 5:00 pm, every Tuesday and Thursday

Who? 3rd, 4th & 5th graders (and 2nd graders w/teacher recommendation)

Where? Shorewood Stage Area

                   What’s in store for thee?

 

  • Engage in a variety of drama games, such as “Boom, Chicka, Boom” and “CUT”

  • Heave peevish, mad-bred, pantaloonian Shakespearean insults at each other

  • Learn comic sword fighting techniques

  • Put on a performance of the “play within the play” from A Midsummer Night’s Dream
