Los Niños Primero
The Los Niños Primero (LNP) Program is a community-based school readiness program. This bilingual program creates an easier transition into the Madison School District system for both child and parent through play-based programming for children (ages 3-5) and parents/caretakers attend together. LNP provides parents and caregivers the necessary skills to foster strong Spanish and English language skills for their children while promoting academic development within their households ensuring the parents will be prepared to support and advocate for their children as they begin school.  LNP also offerers parent/caretakers workshops throughout the year.
The Los Niños Primero (LNP) Program meets Monday's thru Friday's from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm during the academic school year.  LNP also offers an 8 week summer camp on the same days with weekly field trips, healthy snacks and creative crafts that both caregiver and child create together.
